A famous new chef has joined the kitchen! This NEW saucier MunzShroom makes sure to add the perfect finishing touch to your plate! Add the RizzOtto MunzShroom to your collection by completing your capture streak in April and look forward to being dazzled with his seasoning technique!

If you completed your March capture streak, prepare to receive the StewChef MunzShroom Skin (and corresponding badge) in early April. Read on to learn more about the latest addition to the MunzShroom family!

March MunzShroom Reminders

If you haven’t picked up a base MunzShroom yet, they are available in the Freeze Tag Store for $10.

As a reminder, this is how to have a permanent MunzShroom on your account next year:

  • Own at least 8 MunzShrooms by the end of the year.
    • Each month, the price of a MunzShroom will decrease by $1.
    • However, players can only purchase 1 MunzShroom every 28 days.

WHAT ARE GENERIC CODES?

Generic codes are not attached to a specific account. They can be shared with family, friends, new players, or given away at events. Generic codes are also the only option for replacing another player’s missing sticker. This is a perk of the QRew & ZeeQRew program.

Would you like generic codes for your custom stickers? No problem! Sticker Studio makes it easy to stock up on Generic Codes so you can keep the fun going. After selecting a Sticker Design and Format, you’ll be prompted to choose the codes you want to use. What’s the difference between “non-generic” and “generics”?

This one is easy. Generic codes can be shared between accounts. They are attached to an account when deployed, or used to replace. Non-Generic codes are tied directly to the player account that creates them. Both types can be used with credits to convert to special munzees. Non-Generic codes are free while Generic codes come at a cost.

Updated Undeployed Limits for Creating Non-Generic codes

We’ve made some exciting updates to the undeployed limits for Premium Members in relation to your ability to create new non-generic codes!
Previously, the undeployed limit of 250 Munzees included both Physical and Virtual Munzees, but we’ve now split them up. Moving forward, the undeployed list will only count Physical Munzees toward the limit — Virtual Munzees will no longer count! This means Premium Players can hold more Physical Munzees in their undeployed list without worrying about Virtual Munzees taking up space.

To keep things balanced, we’re adjusting the max undeployed limit for Premium Members from 250 Munzees of any type down to 100 Physical Munzees. This change does not affect Generic Codes. You will be able to purchase generic codes above the limit of 100 because generic codes can be shared between accounts, and are used for maintenance.

Non-Premium limits remain unchanged at 25 total Munzees (both Physical and Virtual combined) in the undeployed list in order to create more non-generic codes. If you’d like to take advantage of these Premium bonuses, you can sign up online HERE!

This update gives Premium Players more flexibility to prep for their next big deploying adventure — a thank you for their support of the game.

When this Widdl is captured, it will scatter a Well Wisp nearby to start a trail. These are the same Well Wisps from the Daily Stroll, which will be deployed on the Wishmaster account.

🦜 Meet a Colorful Cast of Feathered Friends with Flat Typewriter Scatters! 📚

Sometimes birds of different feathers can still flock together! From NOW through the 23rd, the Flat Typewriter will be scattering a selection of charming stories when captured. Whether you’re a fan of mysteries, musicals, romances, or comedies, there’s a story for every reader! Read on to find out what new story Craig has written this time!

Limited Time Scatter Details

From the period of Wednesday, March 19th at 12:00 MHQ through Sunday, March 23rd at 23:59 MHQ, when you capture a Flat Typewriter, up to 3 different Stories may be scattered nearby!

As with other Flat Scatters, the Stories will be visible to any player and will be deployed on the Flat Typewriter owner’s account. This means that unlike Feathers / Boulders, there are CapOn points for the owner! They expire after 120 minutes, have a capture radius of 300 feet, and you’ll be able to use Rover Treats to capture them as well! These story scatters will NOT count for deploy streaks, ZeeOps, or clan activity since they are passive deploys.

The rewards for Stories are as follows:

  • Capture: 50 points
  • CapOn: 25 points

🎭 Traveling Troupe Specials Return With NEW Performers! 🎪

As the weather transitions from Winter to Spring, the Traveling Troupe is taking advantage of the pleasant temperatures! From NOW until Tuesday, April 8th at 23:59 MHQ the Traveling Troupe will be bouncing around the map. For this particular festival there will be SEVEN different performers, but don’t be surprised if the Traveling Troupe stagecoach returns in the future with a new set of acts! So be sure to check out the show before they leave and then rediscover the bouncer again the next time it returns to town.

Like last time, Traveling Troupe specials will be released in waves, but will end at a total of 3,000 on the map. They will bounce around every 4 hours or when capped. These stagecoaches are Munzee Owned Bouncers (MOBs) but they will land on Flat Munzees all across the realm!

Depending on where you are in the world, put on some sunblock or snow gear, because next month we’re celebrating Swapping Seasons with a new set of April Event Packages! For the month of April you can upgrade your event with a special package showcasing seasonal activities with a unique twist.

For $75 you will receive:

  • Choice of a badge and icon from the options shown below (badge is customisable with event name / location)
    • + DOUBLE CAKE on the badge = 100 cake for badge
  • 50 Exclusive Event Greeting Cards
    • 25 Event Surf Cards + 25 Event Ski Cards
  • A free Emerald per attendee
  • No proximity restrictions (apart from standard event pin 100ft rules)
  • Swapping Seasons Host badge (up to 4 hosts)
  • Swapping Seasons Attendee badge (up to 4 hosts)
  • 25% Discount code for your guests to use in the FT online store on select products like zeds and blasts
    • Code will be available for 48 hours from your event time – one use per player, only for event attendees

Event Set-Up:

Remember, at Munzee events, you can enjoy the fun and have your cake and eat it, too! So don’t forget to grab your Munzee Cake Credits, which will allow you to collect sweet party favours throughout the year!
