The game of Munzee has always thrived thanks to you — our amazing global community of players! Now, it’s time to take that one step further with a brand-new way to shape the future of the game. Introducing Community Credits — a special new currency that lets you help decide which updates and features we work on next! To access these latest features, you’ll need to make sure you’re on the latest version of Munzee from the App Stores (4.1.246 on both iOS and 4.1.247 Android), then restart the app to pull down the latest over-the-air update version #1207.

With Community Credits, you’ll be able to vote toward proposed gameplay updates that we put forward to the community. Your votes will directly influence the direction of Munzee, giving you a real say in how the game evolves.

Players can earn Community Credits (CCs) by participating in a variety of gameplay activities and events! Strengthen your bond with the ROB Republic or the SMS Squad by proudly displaying the corresponding Universal for all to see! Track down other players’ Universal codes (if available) online, and enable scanning from your spaceship anywhere in the galaxy.

With the best features of both Social and Personal Munzees, players can capture Universals from anywhere, and activity on it earns points. Due to its high value, we are limiting them to one per player. Don’t miss out on these limited edition Universals—available at the links below until Monday, June 16th at 12:00 MHQ. Both of these Universals will also count towards the respective ROB vs SMS competition!

  • Capturing associated Universals gives 1 point to ROB or SMS

These board-game bots will make a move towards the landing pads listed above every 6 hours or when captured.

They will be available for multi-capture. That means players can capture them on their own munzees, any previously captured munzees, and more than once if the same mech visits you. They are non-blastable. They will be attracted to both Physical Magnets and Virtual Magnets. You can access these mechz by turning on your “All Expiring Specials” filter.

When a KillerQueen is captured, it will scatter up to 3 KillerStingers on the Mech owner’s account. Similarly, when a KingKruel is captured, it will scatter up to 3 KingCrowns on the Mech owner’s account.

These scatters will be visible to any player and expire after 120 minutes. They have a capture radius of 300 feet. Since they are passive deploys, these scatters will NOT count for deploy streaks, ZeeOps, or clan activity.

As with other Munzee Mechz, the badge for deploying the KillerQueen and KingKruel depicts the Blueprints. One example of each are shown below:
