The Final Set of Baby Animals!

Ready for another dose of cuteness? Sadly, when we looked to see what Baby Animals we had left to release, we found there were only 5 left! Instead of releasing 3 as we usually do via MunzPaks and leaving the remaining 2 to some unknown time in the future, we decided to make them all available now!

These colorful cuties are temporary POBs. They bounce to either physical or virtual munzees, depending on where you purchased them from. They will stay on the map until 23:59 MHQ on December 31, when they will be automatically archived on your account.

Like many of us, the Candy Corn Piglet has a sweet tooth! While he would prefer to eat sugary goodies all day, he’s thankfully been trained to eat his veggies first. This healthy hog trots to the following:

Baby Animals will be available for multi-capture. That means players can capture a Baby Animal on their own munzees, any previously captured munzees, and more than once if the same Baby Animal visits you. In virtual form, Baby Animals will be non-blastable. They will be attracted to Physical Magnets and Virtual Magnets. You can access Baby Animals under the “All Expiring Specials” and “All Limited Edition Specials” filters.

Badges

When you purchase a Baby Animal (which will automatically deploy it) you will also receive the respective deploy badge shown below:

Lastly, captures of these Baby Animals will contribute to progress towards badges in the Baby Animals Overall Capture line. So if you missed out on some of the badges from the Baby Animal MOBs, you have another two months to earn them by capping these tPOBs! We have added 3 new badges to that line featuring these cute critters, bringing the total number of badges in this line to 13 (we added more badges before HERE and HERE). As a reminder, you can see the first of this badge line below:

Remember these temporary POBs will only be available for capture until the end of the year, so cap as many as you can and keep them bouncing!

All living things are precious, no matter how small they are. Nobody knows this better than the Blue Baby Elephant, who has vowed to protect citizens smaller than a speck of dust. This caring creature races to the following:

Although this pink pachyderm appears to be slightly translucent, she isn’t a figment of your imagination! Currently she’s cultivating her musical talents so that she can participate in parades! This adorable Baby Elephant flies to the following:

  • All Stages of Safari Bus
  • Wildlife Places

Gray Baby Elephant Munzee
Hybrid MunzPak

While not as exotic as the other two due to his more realistic gray coloring, this Baby Elephant can certainly go places! He’s even got an extra landing pad! This hardy hybrid is able to walk to the following:

Baby Elephants will be available for multi-capture. Additionally, there will be three badges to earn based on number of captures of Baby Elephants. But just how many captures it takes to earn all 3 badges will be kept a secret! However, we will reveal the first badge in the line, which appears as follows:

Popping Peanutz- Capture 1 Baby Elephant Munzee of any type.

Remember these temporary POBs will only be available for capture until the end of September, so cap as many as you can and keep them bouncing!

One final note — now that Baby Pandas are off the map, through the generosity and teamwork of the Munzee Community, we were able to make a sizeable donation to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF)! Just another thing to celebrate at the end of our birthday month!
