The Party Pinata is a physical game piece dreamt up by kwilhelm001! It can be deployed by Event Accounts. This is the NEW game piece we promised in the Holiday Hangouts Event Packages — if you’ve purchased that package, you should see this game piece in your Event Account soon!

When the Party Pinata is captured, up to 5 virtual Pinata Poppers AND up to 3 physical Candy Caches will be scattered nearby:

Capping these scatters will be well worth your while! At the time of this launch, you can expect to receive Zeds, Boosters, Greeting Cards, other Credits, or other Virtual Munzees!

Then, once everyone’s had a whack at the Pinata, any Event Host has the ability to convert the Party Pinata into the Bustin’ Party Pinata:

This will do 2 things:

  1. The Party Pinata will be archived.
  2. Up to 25 Candy Confetti will be scattered on the map!

Like the Pinata Poppers AND Candy Caches, the Candy Confetti will also award extra goodies upon capture.

Some important things to note:

  • The convert option will only appear AFTER the Party Pinata has been captured once, to prevent accidental immediate conversions.
  • We are planning to update how the Bustin’ Party Pinata is triggered — so this convert option may change in the future!
