🤪 Munzee Madness Global Sale 💸

The excitement is building as Munzee Madness returns, and this year in Huntington Beach, California this weekend! Players from around the world are gathering in sunny Southern California to celebrate 15 years of Munzee Madness, and we can’t wait to see the map light up with captures.

Even if you can’t attend the events in person, you can still join the fun from anywhere in the world! By deploying cards and virtuals near the event locations, players attending the events will have plenty to capture — and you’ll earn CapOn points from every capture on your deploys.

To help everyone get ready, we’re also kicking things off with a global Munzee Madness sale that all players can take advantage of!

Starting Thursday, March 5th at 12:00 MHQ and running through Sunday, March 8th at 23:59 MHQ, players can enjoy 15% off items in the Event Discount Collection! This collection includes a variety of helpful consumables perfect for events and big capping sessions, including Zeds, Blasts, Magnets, Rover Treats, and more!

Can’t Attend in Person? Join the Fun Remotely!

Even if you’re not traveling to attend in person, you can still participate in Munzee Madness from anywhere! Deploy virtuals, cards, and other deployable Munzees near the event locations so that players attending the events have plenty to capture. They’ll enjoy the thrill of the hunt while you earn bonus CapOn points from their captures.

Deploying from the Munzee App

You can also easily deploy near the events directly from the Munzee app.

  1. Open the Menu in the Munzee app

  2. Tap Munzee Events

  3. Sort events by Soonest

  4. Look for events titled “Munzee Madness”

  5. Tap into the event details

  6. Tap Deploy Near Event to jump to the event location

Once you’re viewing the event location on the map, tap and hold the QR button at the bottom of the screen to open the Quick Deploy menu, then choose a virtual to deploy!

Advanced Gameplay Tip: CapOn Boosters!!

Want to maximize the CapOn points you earn during the events? Consider grabbing a CapOn Booster and activating it near the start of the event! These boosters double the CapOn points you earn for 90 minutes. You can activate one right before the event begins, or wait until you start seeing captures roll in from players at the event and then activate it to maximize the boosted points.

Double Points Weekend Reminder

As if Munzee Madness wasn’t exciting enough, this weekend also features a Double Points event! From Friday, March 6th at 00:01 MHQ through Sunday, March 8th at 23:59 MHQ, players will earn double points on Greenies, Cards, Flats, Virtual Colors, and Gaming Munzees. If you’re planning to deploy items that qualify for double deploy points, you may want to wait until the event begins to maximize your rewards!

Whether you’re joining us in California or supporting the event from across the globe, there are plenty of ways to participate in the Munzee Madness weekend. Deploy some virtuals, stock up during the sale, activate those CapOn Boosters, and get ready for a weekend full of captures, points, and Munzee fun.
