PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Player of the Week: Jacques Couillard (JacquesC)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Jacques Couillard (JacquesC).

Who are you?

My name is Jacques Couillard therefore my username is JacquesC.

Where in the world do you live?
I live in the suburb of Quebec City in Canada.

How long have you played Munzee?
I registered for Munzee in September 2011, but I have been much more active since June 2014.

How did you find Munzee?
It was on a caching forum that I heard about Munzee for the first time, and I was immediately excited by the game: find, scan, and go to the next. As at the time I did not have a smart phone, I have to wait some time before actively playing. Today, I am not longer separated from my smart phone and Munzee.

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
Munzee makes me move and get out of my house. If I am passing through a place, I usually make sure to find at least one munzee or leave my trace by deploying one of the small square codes in my possession.

What is on your wish list?
I would like there to be more active players in the area near my home to bring more diversity into the game.

Tell us about yourself!
I am a computer analyst. My wife and I have a pretty 10-year-old girl. She sometimes accompanies me on my ride and tries to find the little square codes before me which she does quite well. I walk a lot, run on occasion, and cycle very regularly. In the roughly nine months that I have used an activity tracker daily, I have lost about 35 pounds.

Other hobbies include:
During the holidays, we regularly camp in our Westfalia. Like many people of my generation, I play video games. I do electronic experimentation using microcontrollers: Arduino, Raspberry, and others.

Any last words?
I sincerely thank the entire team of Munzee, and I encourage them to continue the good work to maintain, diversify, and increase this great game.

Player of the Week: Maria Dahlin (Questing4)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Maria Dahlin (Questing4).

Who are you?

Maria Dahlin AKA Questing4. Currently a member of the Bushrangers clan.

Where in the world do you live?
I live in Brisbane sub-tropical Queensland. I am married with 2 kids and 2 Staffordshire bull terriers. The dogs come munzeeing with me, the kids rarely, and my husband never, but he will wait in the car while I go hunting!!!

How long have you played Munzee?
I started in May 2012 (missed out on the Early Bird badge) but didn’t really get serious until July 2013. I was trying to juggle finding plastic boxes at the same time and ended up deciding I liked munzeeing so much more.

How did you find Munzee?
My sister Helen (AusTrackers) and her husband Gary (Auscapee). Thanks, Helen, for another obsession!

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
EVERYTHING – The people that you meet, the different types of munzees, events, the fact that you can play the game any way you like — you can have an easy going level one clan or a hard hitting level 5 clan. My sisters, AusTrackers and CrazyLadyLisa, live in Perth, so we make a point of an annual get together at another capital city in Australia and munzee together. When you all have a common interest, it makes for lively discussions! We then get to see other areas of the country, and you talk to each other so much more walking around the streets with no distractions from TV and electronic devices. LOL.

What is on your wish list?
I would love a physical leaderboard as well as an overall leaderboard. Other than that, I just hope MHQ keeps on mixing things up. How they keep coming up with ideas is amazing. I also want to go to Europe. Man, don’t they have some virtuals over there.

Tell us about yourself!
Iam 50 (yuck) but did go to Texas to meet the MHQ staff as a present to myself on my 50th birthday. Thanks to CLL for doing the driving. They drive on the wrong side of the road other there. I have been married for 23 years and have 2 amazing children, Anna (21) and John (18), and a long suffering husband. I have worked for the same company since I was 15, and I will probably die at my desk.

Other hobbies include:
There are not enough hours in the day for other hobbies. I do try to squeeze in genealogy occasionally (another thing AusTrackers got me addicted to).

Any last words?
I am surprised and feel very privileged at the nomination. We have a small Munzee community in Brisbane, and they are all wonderful people. I am sure they think I stalk them. I would like to thank whoever nominated me.

Player of the Week: David Few (Hogglespike)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is David Few (Hogglespike).

Who are you?

My name is David Few, known as “Hogglespike”. I am a member of the clan “Mario the Great”.

Where in the world do you live?
I live in Andover, Hampshire in the UK with my wife, son, and German Shepherd.

How long have you played Munzee?
I started playing on July 17, 2015.

How did you find Munzee?
Some friends mentioned it to us, and my son (“darrenjones”) and I decided to gie it a try. The rest is history!

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
Attending events, meeting other Munzee players, and obtaining the badges and specials. I have just earned my Millionaire Club badge. Darren and I enjoy being in our clan, and we all support each other.

What is on your wish list?
To attend more events and to continue the growth of the map in Andover. There were no munzees here when we joined, and Darren and I have built it up quite considerably. People are gradually coming here, and with their help, hopefully the area will fill up.

Tell us about yourself!
I am 68, married with a daughter, son, son-in-law, and one much loved four-year-old grandson. I am semi-retired. Having worked in an office for many years, I am enjoying being a part time delivery driver which also enables me to pick up off munzees here and there. My grandson loves pointing out where the munzees are located.

Other hobbies include:
Walking our dog in the New Forest area where we have a holiday home, and luckily, there are quite a few Munzee players in the area. We also love coastal path walking in Cornwall where we can meet up with some other clan members. I also enjoy photography and spending time with my grandson.

Any last words?
I am hoping to grow the map in Andover even more, and any deploys would be more than welcome!

Player of the Week: Guy Henville (RaggedRobin)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Guy Henville (RaggedRobin).

Who are you?

My name is Guy Henville. My Munzee name is RaggedRobin**. RaggedRobin is my chosen Munzee name as for a reason only know to me. I have a wild passion for a wild flower called “Ragged Robin”.

** The name (Ragged Robin) chosen as a Munzee pseudonym has no connection with any similar sounding cartoon character, business, person or persons in the UK or World Wide, but related to the perennial herb (Lychnis flos-cuculi).

Where in the world do you live?
I live in Webridge, Surrey UK, a town by the River Way in the Elmbridge district of Surrey. It is bounded to the north by the River Thames at the mouth of the Wey, from which it gets its name. It is an outlying suburban town within the Greater London Urban Area, 16 miles (25 km) southwest of Central London.

How long have you played Munzee?
I tried to play Munzee in the early days (2011), but as I only owned a Blackberry mobile, I was held back until I was strongly advised to change to an iPhone in 2012. So, in August 2012, I became a Premium Member and have been since then.

How did you find Munzee?
I have always had a passion for treasure hunting. One day in 2011, I was out and about looking for a hidden box in the woods near my home. I located the cache, and on the inside of the lid was a square stickers with small patterned black shapes on it. It said “Scan me for points”, and there was a website in green saying www.munzee.com. Well, I tried with my phone but nothing happened, so I took a picture of the sticker. When home, I went online and found the website. The rest, you might say, is history.

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
What is there not to enjoy when playing Munzee? It gets you out into the world, seeing new locations and often places you would normally never visit. Munzee absorbs you into its world and gets you to feel part of its community. Clan wars is a good example, with a clan of 10 players all supporting each other and playing along together as one. I started up a clan of my own called “Elmbridge Hundred Clan of 1086”, and we are an international team of players . We have lost a few team players over the wars but we have kept up the fighting spirit with loyal core players. 1. Leea1401. ?? 2. BaDo. ?? 3. Gelad. ?? 4. J1Huisman. ?? They all started with me in 2012. And a big thank you to my other team players too..

What is on your wish list?
I am hard pressed to add a personal wish list as MHQ seems to keep the gameplay up to date regularly. We get new badges almost daily, and new Munzee game pieces, too. The Munzee Coinz have added an extra edge to the game, and I am looking forward to owning a complete series of coins, so that’s on my wish list. I would love to have a badge for the highest number of socials deployed.

Tell us about yourself!
I love socials. They are great for displaying ones own feelings in a social/sharing way.
I love the challenge and fun while being out and about. My Fitbit tracks my steps, and I have extra incentive to exercise, too.
I am currently working as a Building Surveyor for a Property Maintenance Team in Surrey near where I live, so handy with little traveling.

Other hobbies include:
My hobbies along with Munzeeing are walking, photography, architecture, and caching. I also have a passion for gadgets.

Any last words?
I would like to thank all of the Munzee team for their skill in keeping us playing and providing us all with a really entertaining game. I have added a special social to celebrate being POTW.

Am I really POTW?… me thinks!!!

Cheers everyone, and keep on Munzeeing…

Player of the Week: Lisa Brazier (WellstrandTribe)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Lisa Brazier (WellstrandTribe).

Who are you?
My name is Lisa, aka WellstrandTribe, named after out Stud Dairy Cow Herd prefix, Wellstrand Holsteins.

Where in the world do you live?
I live between our farm which is 45km south of Perth, Western Australia in Mundijong and our unit on the beach at Cottesloe.

How long have you played Munzee?
I have been playing since May 10, 2014.

How did you find Munzee?
I was caching near the farm – I had been trying to constantly find this one cache for months that was getting the better of me. In the notes on the GPS unit one day was a comment: “It’s right next to the munzee.” I rushed home to the farm, looked up this Munzee thing, joined, and never found the cache. Some months later, allysangels contacted me to join a clan – that was way outside the comfort zone. I declined, he persisted, and the next month, I was in. I have never looked back.

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
The people you meet locally, interstate, and worldwide, hosting events, the satisfaction of finding that really difficult hidden physical, and of course, the badges.

What is on your wish list?

  • To meet my amazing clan members – Munzee Madness. We all play at different levels each month, and everyone is so respectful. We work really well as a team.
  • The ability, when moving rovers and setting goals, to have a drop down box to select some or all of them for the same goal, etc, rather than doing it individually.

Tell us about yourself!
My partner and I have two boys, Rory (19yrs) and Curtis (17yrs) who I am happy to name as they all think I am nuts to play this game and it is an embarrassment to them. We were dairy farmers milking around 400 cows per day in a rotary; we have since sold the cows and now just run beef cattle. My partner, Andrew, made the comment one day that Munzeeing and dogs have sniffing light poles in common, so I bought a dog, Heide, and we now Munzee together with some other local players.

Other hobbies include:
I like volunteer work and currently tend to over 60 rose bushes at a local church; occasionally they are neglected due to playing Munzee.

Any last words?
Thank you to those who nominated me – I am very humbled and grateful. MUNZEE ON!!!

Player of the Week: Cleo Nordquist (QueenofDNile)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Cleo Nordquist (QueenofDNile).

Who are you?
I answer to several monikers; Chilly to my family, Queen to my caching friends, QueenofD’Nile to the Munzee community, and just plain Cleo Nordquist to the rest of the world! My avatar and photo stand in is known an QoD!

Where in the world do you live?
I live in Lindale, TX, which is nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas.

How long have you played Munzee?
I signed up in March of 2012 and started capping the minimal munzees deployed in my hometown area for the next year. I became a Premium Member in July 2013 and started to deploy! The next month, BACON came to the map, and my addiction became incurable!

How did you find Munzee?
I first found out about Munzee at the 2012 Texas Challenge where Munzee has a cool LEGO QR Code set up. Although I couldn’t get my smart phone to act very smart that day and let me scan it, I was able to sign up.

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
The people I have met. Especially, my red-headed Munzee enabler! I enjoy meeting up with fell Munzers in order to walk trails and “Grow the Map”. The addition of events has made gathering together and socializing even easier and more fun. It has “forced” me to drive so many miles in the last year that I wore out a set of tires all because there might be a special, badge, or icon just a “short” drive down the road.

What is on your wish list?

  1. We have started a beautiful Virtual Munzee Rose in Tyler, TX that we are hoping to complete before March of 2017. It has been placed in an area where all 577 will be hand capable.

  2. I would love to see a proximity limit created so that a munzee cannot be placed in Maintenance Mode unless the player is near the Munzee (300 feet). On that same note, it would be nice if there was a time delay to putting a munzee in Maintenance Mode by two players. The logs need to be at least 24 hours apart before the icon goes yellow.
  3. The creation of cute and kid-friendly skins that I could give my niblings to use for deploying. They love the doggie ones and would love some more fun skins. I am thinking Space Aliens, robots, insects, etc.

Tell us about yourself!
A short history of my life – I was born in Alaska, adopted, and moved to Minnesota. I spent a few years working as a missionary in Mexico, and now I live in Texas! I have a BA in History, which means I know enough about history to get into many arguments with non-history majors! I have 2 furry babies, aka cats, Calliope and Obsidian, both of whom get mad at me when I leave them for long periods in order to go caching and Munzeeing.

Other hobbies include:
When I am not spending time with family and friends, I am either crocheting, painting, coloring, caching, reading, or playing WallaBee.

Any last words?
Dum spiro, spero. I wish to thank whoever nominated me, as I believe you deserve this honor more, and I am humbly honored!

Player of the Week: Myra Morgan (MyraTX)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Myra Morgan (MyraTX).

Who are you?
Myra Morgan – username: MyraTX

Where in the world do you live?
In a suburb of Denver, CO (but guaranteed to retire back in TX).

How long have you played Munzee?
I joined in July 2013 because a friend was playing (in Texas) but was a bit bored playing all by myself. Then one day about a year ago, I ran into another Colorado players in a parking lot (cgund) and it became a lot more social.

How did you find Munzee?
Through a friend – denali0407 (in TX, of course!).

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
The social aspect of it, and being outdoors. I dislike parking lot capping but love to get out in the parks and trails.

What is on your wish list?
A Jack-a-lope mythological. OH, and MORE TIME to PLAY!

Tell us about yourself!
I’m married to an Air Force pilot (R) who gave me the ride of my life (literally, the first time he took me up in a small plane, I knew we were going to die) and throughout his career and all our traveling. We have three grown and (of course) amazing children. I work as a nanny for a family with a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old (read that as – I filled up my empty nest once my kids were grown and gone).

Other hobbies include:
Gardening, reading, hiking, watching movies, and gathering friends at the house for events.

Any last words?
As many of you who were able to come to the Birthday Bash this past July know, Colorado is a beautiful place to play the game, and there are a lot of nice people doing so. The best part of Munzee for me has been getting to know them; so thanks for that, and see you at the next event!

Player of the Week: Feikjen Bongers (feikjen)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Feikjen Bongers (feikjen).

Who are you?

My name is Feikjen Bongers. My player name is feikjen.

Where in the world do you live?
I like in Workum, The Netherlands.

How long have you played Munzee?
I started playing Munzee on the 23rd of November 2013. We were on vacation and both my son and husband were playing Munzee. I was getting bored, so I thought, whatever, and I opened an account as well. Hell, that was fun, and I still love it.

How did you find Munzee?
My son (at that time 10 years old) came home from a scouting event (sometime in mid-October) telling me and my husband about Munzee. At first, we both thought, ‘oh, another game.’ But, my husband opened an account and started playing. Mind you, at that time there were not many munzees around to cap, so we always had to travel.

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
Being outside enjoying the weather and the surroundings. Seeing places that you would never see if you wouldn’t chase QR codes. Meeting lots of nice people. So far, we have visited major cities in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and the UK.

What is on your wish list?
Praha, which we are going to visit at the end of this year. And a trip across the Atlantic. Rent a camper and travel through the states and Canada. Visit the local players and chase all of the munzees that we find on our way.

Tell us about yourself!
Well, my name is Feikjen Bongers (feikjen), and I’m married to Maarten Bongers (bordentaxi) since the 29th of February 1992. We have a son, Felix (felixbongers), who was born on the 30th of March 2003. We have had our own restaurant in Workum since 1995, and we have organised at least 8 Munzee events. My husband and I run the restaurant by ourselves. I’m the chef; Maarten is the host. For Munzee, we all have our own accounts, but by the Dutch players, we are know under the name WK-trio. WK is short for Workum, as all the cities around the IJsselmeer have their own historical fishing boats.

Other hobbies include:
I love to cook, read a good book, and Munzee on. And I love to take good car of my men, Felix and Maarten.

Any last words?
I feel very privileged and honoured about being nominated for POTW, and I would like to thank the person/people who did so. Much obliged. Further on, I hope to organise a lot more events in the future with the three of us. Events are always very nice with loads of fun. And we love to travel the world, so we hope to visit many events in the future.

Player of the Week: Gary and Xenia Kemp (EagleDadandXenia)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Gary and Xenia Kemp (EagleDadandXenia).

Who are you?

We are EagleDadandXenia. Gary (Eagle Dad) and Xenia (Xenia).  I am an Eagle Scout and a Father of an Eagle Scout, hence the name.  Xenia is well, Xenia.  Gary’s MUCH better half.  We are members of the Munzee Meatballs Clan.

Where in the world do you live?
A small town called Dade City, Florida, USA.  It is located just Northeast of Tampa.

How long have you played Munzee?
We have been playing since July 22, 2013.

How did you find Munzee?
We were pretty active in another geolocation game (#coexist) and two of our good friends, Ron and Carol (OBC & SLP), started playing Munzee.  We would talk about it and I thought ‘sounds like fun but not sure I want “another” hobby’.  One weekend we were in Orlando coexisting and met them for Dinner.  They invited us to join them while they Munzeed.  That was all it took.  We have trade items for the other game printed with our name and the question, “Hobby or Addiction?”  It certainly is a valid question for our Munzee activity now.  Thank you, Ron and Carol for not giving up on us.

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
We enjoy the thrill of the hunt and have become avid Badge collectors.  Far and away, the best part of Munzee is the lifelong friends we have made since we became active.  We have made some special friends from all over the globe to share our addiction with.  We love that Munzee actively participates in the support of the various charities.  We hope that trend continues.

What is on your wish list?
Expand some of the Badge lines, maybe an intermediate Rover Badge to span between 1k and 5k and a 250k Day badge.

Tell us about yourself!
We retired 2 years ago.  Gary was an I/T Project Manager and Xenia worked in the Supervisor of Elections office.  We have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  In addition, we are newly minted GREAT Grandparents.

Other hobbies include:
We enjoy 1800’s living history and we volunteer with a Hot Air Balloon Crew out of Tampa.  Eclectic? Yes……

Any last words?
We are honored and flattered to be nominated for this recognition.  Thank you to those that had a hand in this nomination.  MUNZEE ON!!!!

EagleDadandXenia also included some socials, so cap away!

Player of the Week: Tharon Knoetze (AdventureTharon)

As Munzee has grown over the years, the game has evolved in so many more ways than any of the co-founders could have imagined. We’ve certainly had our fair share of growing pains, but in its essence Munzee has tried to stick to its core goal of getting people out into the world. No one knows this better than those players who have been with us since the beginning. This week’s Player of the Week is Tharon Knoetze (AdventureTharon).

Who are you?

I’m Tharon Knoetze, known as AdventureTharon. I wanted a name connected with the other passion/hobby I have, my motorcycle, an 1150 BMW Adventure.

Where in the world do you live?
In Dunedin – New Zealand,  the second-largest city in the South Island of New Zealand, and the principal city of the Otago region (so I’m more “down under” than Australia)

Also, I’m pleased to say that I had the opportunity to meet the king and queen of Munzee, Marie (Hunnies) and Tim (dt07751), and was able to catch-up with them while they were on a trip here.

hunnies

How long have you played Munzee?
I started playing the game in August 2011.

How did you find Munzee?
I’ve been an avid cacher since before getting hooked on Munzee and had several caches hidden around the area I live in. Whilst on a finding spree, I discovered a QR code on the inside of a container lid. I took down the webpage that was printed below the QR code and couldn’t wait to get home to see what this is all about.  This scavenger hunt sounded like a lot of fun, and I was in any way looking for an excuse to upgrade my cell phone to a smartphone.  The more caps I got the more hooked I became..

What do you most enjoy about Munzee?
Well, it has taken me to places that I have never visited before. Since I started playing, I have found munzees on a holiday in Sydney, Melbourne and 6 different States in the USA.

I’ve had my fair share of 20 hour days (ranging from very cold, snow covered days, to very hot 105F days) to get my Winner, First Loser, Lucky 7, and 100k Day badges.

I have also gotten to meet Matt along with Scott at Munzee HQ whilst visiting McKinney on our USA trip in 2016. The photo of me in the featured image with them was taken in the shop whilst stocking up and moaning and groaning about sizes of the t-shirts (LOL).

I am a member of a clan —Creed.  We all enjoy the game, but with no pressure

I enjoy deploying munzees as well and as I’m the only active player in my region at the moment I have to travel a 400km round trip to deploy so most of the time these days I concentrate on deploying virtual munzees as it’s easier for me to put it out quicker than wait a month to do the trip to Southland.  I do love to support special munzees especially the ones for a very valuable and good cause e.g. Breast Cancer Ribbon etc.  ( The alarm setting for 2am in the morning to get at least a special munzee in the shop does not always work out and I miss the time frames ..) And I also appreciate fellow munzee’ers sharing their info on gardens in other parts of the world as I do love supporting those gardens too.

It’s also a fun and easy game to play and suitable for all ages. I really like being in the outdoors, and it’s great to meet players from other parts of the country and the world.

What is on your wish list?
Well I’m way passed my 1000 days, almost at 2000 days and am a member of the Millionaire Club, so next target must be to double those numbers. I enjoy the way Rob and his team keep coming up with new ideas to keep the game fresh, so I’m always looking out for their new challenges and it was fun helping with some translations into my mother tongue which took the game for me personally into a new direction, thank you Rob, appreciate.

I would like to see some of the other States in the USA, especially Florida where I could probably triple my points (LOL).  I would also like to recruit more players for the game as it is really a fun game with lots to do and to see especially once it’s grown on you and you are as passionate as I’ve become.

Tell us about yourself!
I was born and raised in South Africa and moved to New Zealand in 2006.   I’ve been in the South African Police Force for more than 20 years and the past 10 years in Dept. of Corrections as a Principle Corrections Officer.  I love to travel and although only having one weekend a month off, I make the most of it by travelling away from home for as far as the road can take me.  I also enjoy participating in an endurance motorcycle event that is held once a year in New Zealand, this year was my 7th year participating.  The past 3 years my planned holidays were overseas trips to Countries/Cities with plenty of Munzees to cap.  Work secondments sometimes keeps me absent from the game for longer periods than I would like to be.

Other hobbies include:
So besides Munzee, as mentioned before, I’m a keen motorcyclist and I also like tramping (hiking), and when time permits, I’ll try and find some caches or do  maintenance on my own caches. These all keep me pretty busy because time is a scarce commodity being full time employed.

Any last words?
A big thank you to my friends who put my name forward to be POTW, and of course to Munzee HQ for trying to keep the game entertaining. Finally, a thank you to all players that put out their munzees for me to find. MHQ, do not forget NZ!!!
