Think of them as the link between Widdlz and Mechz! Each month will see the release of a new PakRat launching exclusively through the MunzPak this year.

🕵️ Secret ZeeOps – Wintertide Trials (February 2026) ❄️

Can you defeat all of the realm’s champions and become the ultimate winter warrior? An ALL NEW Secret ZeeOps is now available in the ZeeOps Hub for the usual cost of 1,500 Zeds — and now you can purchase it at any time! In November 2025, we pushed an update to make ALL Secret ZeeOps available — we hope you enjoy these expanded options!

Agents, this competition is not for the faint of heart — first you’ll need to gain entry by impressing at least one of the leaders of the participating kingdoms. Then the real challenge begins — your wits, skill, and strength will all be put to the test in an unforgiving tundra, surrounded by fellow contestants vying for the top spot.

Completing a series of missions will unlock new levels in this operation. There are three levels, each with five missions. If you conquer every mission in Operation: Wintertide Trials, you’ll earn a cool new badge, the NEW Black KNi6HT (info below), and more exciting rewards listed in the app!

NEW Mech Details

Like the other Munzee Mechz, Black KNi6HT is a temporary POB that will remain on the map until it has been captured 15 times.

This mech is non-blastable. It will be attracted to both Physical Magnets and Virtual Magnets. You can access this mech by turning on your “All Expiring Specials” filter.

When Black KNi6HT is captured, it will scatter up to 3 Armor Pieces on the Mech owner’s account.

A clever new gargoyle has been mounted on the roof! Hailing from Canada, you can add the NEW Beaver-Goyle to your collection by completing your capture streak next month!

If you completed your February capture streak, prepare to receive the Lion-Goyle Skin (and corresponding badge) in early March. Read on to learn more about the latest addition to the Gargoyle family!

If you haven’t picked up a base Gargoyle yet, they are available in the Freeze Tag Store for $11.

As a reminder, this is how to have a permanent Gargoyle on your account next year:

  • Own at least 8 Gargoyles by the end of the year.

Remember, instead of scatters, Gargoyles introduce a new dual-ownership mechanic which will benefit both deployers and cappers!

  • After 4 captures, the Stone Gargoyle will turn into a Cracking Gargoyle
  • After 1 more capture, the Cracking Gargoyle will turn into a Freed Gargoyle, which is owned by both the deployer AND capper! This means both players will earn CapOn points!
    • NOTE: Only the Main Gargoyle Owner will get credit for the deploy. The Temporary Co-Owner will not see a deploy on their side, but instead will see earned CapOn points whenever the co-owned bouncer is captured.
  • After 5 captures, the Freed Gargoyle will turn back into a Stone Gargoyle

🃏 A Topzee-Turvee Flat Scatter Event! 🧢

2/17/26 Update: Due to code changes since the last time these scatters were live, scatters from Fancy Flat Robs are currently being deployed on the landing pad owner’s account. Our apologies to the Fancy Flat Rob owners who were expecting to get CapOn points from these scatters — unfortunately, there is no quick way for us to correct this, so we’ll have to address it before the next time we re-release these scatters.

This year for Mardi Gras, Rob is joining in on the fun with a festive jester hat!

From NOW through February 22nd, Flat Rob, Beach Flat Rob, Cold Flat Rob, and Tux Flat Rob will be scattering their usual hats when captured. Will you be able to collect them all and earn a special badge for this event?!

Have you checked the calendar lately? 2026 is particularly rich in Friday the 13ths, with the first two in back-to-back months! To mark this very rare and special occasion, we’ve created a new game you can play from Joystick munzees!

From the period of Friday, February 13th at 12:00 MHQ through Friday, March 13th at 23:59 MHQ, when you capture a Physical or Virtual Joystick, up to 3 Flat Day the 13th Hearts may be scattered nearby!

    • Scatters to Greenies within 1,500 ft
    • Capture: 19 – 85 points

Then, after capturing a Flat Day the 13th Heart, up to 3 Flat Day the 13th Weapons may be scattered nearby. Be careful though, playing with weapons isn’t very safe and you never know who might use them against you! There’s a chance one of the Weapons could reveal a killer Flat Day The 13th Mask!

Capping these weapons will give you points based on the result you receive:

  • Weapon Successfully Grabbed: 35 points
  • Mask: 100 points

Get ready to bounce through all the vibes, because our next wave of BVGs is here—and they’re bringing the party early! We’re launching four brand-new Bouncing Virtual Gardens, each inspired by a special moment on the calendar. From hearts and roses to spooky scares, milestone celebrations, and festive flair, these gardens are ready to transform your local map into a nonstop celebration zone. This time, we’re also doing something new! To help players around the world plan ahead, we’ll be giving everyone a full 24-hour heads-up before these BVGs go live, so you’ll have plenty of time to coordinate, purchase, and get ready before the bouncing begins.

Whether you’re bracing for bad luck with the Flat Day the 13th BVG, spreading Valentine’s love with the Rose BVG, raising a glass to Rob’s 50th Birthday BVG, or letting the good times roll with the Mardi Gras BVG, there’s a little something for everyone to enjoy. Once the gardens start bouncing on Thursday, February 12th, it will bounce for 6 weeks, meaning until 23:59 MHQ on March 26th!

As before, each garden will launch at a different time to give players around the world a fair shot at deploying. A single Bouncing Virtual pin costs $5.00, and each player may purchase up to 1 BVC per garden. Check out this pin that received 454 caps from one of the first BVG sold. That’s 22,700 CapOn points in just over 6 weeks from a single deploy!
